Many times we try to heal on our own. It's not easy to showcase the raw and vulnerable areas of our lives. Maybe not to the world, but here in an intentional community it makes it easier, safer, gentler. Slowly revealing layers of yourself, while others are doing the same, creates a space of compassion.

(8) 2hr bi-weekly group teaching/coaching calls
- Covering identity, value and purpose
(4) 30min individual calls on a monthly basis for personal coaching
(3) 1hr prayer calls on a monthly basis for connection with God
Curated workbook for guidance, notes and reflection
Group chat to share highlights, wins, struggles, etc.

We tend to be the main thing that holds us back from what we want. We use excuses like

Hello! Welcome!
I'm so excited you are here and are ready to step into this next season of your healing journey. I've been coaching since 2018 and developed my own program in 2020. This program has evolved over the years as God continued to download and show me what's important for His daughters in this world need to explore.
As I continue to grow myself, I gather anything that has helped me and pour it back into you. I care deeply about you experiencing healing and look forward to watching your story as you step into freedom!
